Where every child is a star, and every star has a buddy.

Mystic Starlight Academy is a sanctuary of learning designed for the "whole child". Founded on the belief that every student carries a divine spark, we have created a space where wonder, empathy, and excellence meet. Launching for the 2026/2027 school year, our micro-school model is built to nurture students who thrive in a smaller, more intentional environment.

The Star Buddy Program

The heartbeat of our academy is the Star Buddy Program. We intentionally pair neurotypical students with those who have unique abilities. This integrated model builds a foundation of leadership and compassion—teaching our children that while we all have different strengths, we are all brilliantly connected.

A New Way to Learn

We believe education should be as vibrant as the children themselves. Our Tuesday–Friday schedule honors the family unit, leaving Mondays for rest and connection. Beyond core academics, our students dive into "Life-Skill Electives" that spark passion and provide practical independence:

Culinary Arts: From kitchen safety to the art of baking.

Car Mechanics: Learning the essentials of vehicle maintenance, including how to perform oil changes, change tires, and general upkeep.

Beauty & Aesthetics: A focus on hair care, skin care, self-care routines, and maintaining good hygiene practices.

Jewelry Making & Fine Arts: Nurturing the creator within.

Animal Therapy: Learning responsibility and peace through God’s creatures.

Physical Education (P.E.): Movement and health for growing bodies.

Our Community Commitment

We are dedicated to making this elite, specialized education accessible to our families. Through the Florida State Scholarship programs (Step Up For Students), we aim to provide our curriculum with little to no out-of-pocket cost for qualifying families. We aren't just building a school; we are building a village.
